Here are three things that you can do right now to lose weight.
1️⃣ Fill your plate up with vegetables. vegetables have hardly any calories and are super high in fibre. They will fill you up and help with digestion as well.

2️⃣ Walk. Incline walk, walk uphills, just walk at least 30 minutes a day. The more you move, the more you walk, the more calories you burn. Plus it’s awesome for your general well-being and your mental headspace.
3️⃣ Stay consistent! I cannot stress this one enough. 80% of society will start a program or a nutrition plan, complete three weeks of it and then go back to their old ways. This only causes you to put all the weight you’ve just lost back on. So stay consistent for at least 12 weeks. Eat 3-4 healthy meals a day and see results.
