Dear All, We are recruiting for the following role of a CLININC MANAGER/ ADMINISTRATOR for one of our clients, one of the leading medical facilities in the country. The ideal candidate would be responsible for managing two centres of the clinic on the Lagos Mainland, Ikotun and Isolo.
Supervises: Admin. Assistants; Front Desk Officers and Reports to: Head of Clinic.
Job Summary: Responsible for managing clinical non-medical operations within the assigned location to ensure the achievement of the short and long term goals of the organization
Job responsibilities: Financial Management and Budgeting. Clinical Operations and Administration. Recruitment and Manpower Planning. Client Engagement and Satisfaction. Business Development. Billing Management. Talent Management.
Qualifications/Experience/Requirements: First Degree. A postgraduate degree or MBA would be an advantage. 5 – 7 years experience in a similar role. Ability to think strategically, and drive for results. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a high degree of ethical standards and integrity. Business /Entrepreneurial Acumen. Business and project management skills. Excellent communication, business presentation, persuasion and analytical skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility.
Salary pays between N400,000 – N430,000 net.
