Recruitment for Technical Assistant in Abuja (N150k Salary)

A firm based in Wuse 2 Abuja is looking to hire a Technical Assistant to support the CEO.

Salary Budget: 150,000 per month.

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja Nigeria.

 

Responsibilities Associated with the Technical Assistant JOBS:-

  1. Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

  2. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.

  3. Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes.

  4. Organising events and conferences.

  5. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

  6. Managing databases and filing systems.

  7. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

 

Experience Required for the Technical Assistant JOB Recruitment: Bachelor degree qualified ideally in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Business Development, Humanities etc.

Skills:

  • Must be able to Demonstrate high level of interpersonal and must have Excellent writing skills and Communication skills.
  • Should possess Good time management skills
  • Must possess high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
