In a latest trending story, a disabled Nigerian lady identified as Jane Obiene has gotten the attention of Nigerians across different social media platforms ranging from twitter, facebook and Instagram after she joined the #EndSARS protest yesterday, October 17, 2020 despite her condition.

As gathered by Mentorslinks, the disabled – Jane Obiene who is a great motivation to all and sundry, was said to have been unemployed since year 2013 partly because of her disability.

Amidst her condition, she still went ahead to join thousands of Nigerians to march and protest for #EndSARS, #EndPoliceBrutality, #EndBadGovernanve and END every other Impunity transpiring in the country, Nigeria.

Meanwhile, last week this transpired in Abuja Nigeria during the trending nationwide #EndSARS protest.

As the protesters were approaching a traffic warden, he got scared and thinking they were coming to harm him and wanted to run away.

Guess what! The protesters stopped him, and told him he didn’t need to run as they have also been victims of #SARS and #PoliceBrutality and that’s what they’re fighting against.

The peaceful ‘unarmed’ protesters crowded him, gave him drinks, food, fruits, groundnuts, took selfies with him, and told him that they see all their great efforts.

Shortly after they left, he bent over shyly and shed a couple of tears.

In the voice of the protesters, “What a time to be a Nigerian! A new Nigeria is possible. We are proud of my generation. We’re changing the narratives.”
