Man Who Spent 12Years In Jail Over Wrong Accusation, Secures ‘Call To Bar’

Barrister Akpoghene Edeno, is the man who spent twelve years in prison for a murder case which he was accused wrongly of committing.

 

As story has it, HE (Akpoghene Edeno), while still in the prison yard participated on the West African Examination Council, WAEC of which he was later released after the Court’s pronounced him ‘Not Guilty’.

Mentorslinks.com gathered that, he was finally freed in year 2012, and not wasting time – he proceeded to the University of Benin to study law.

 

 

Finally, he was among those been called to the Nigerian barristers Association which started between the 26th to 28th of November, 2019.
