Job Summary: Maintain a healthy relationship with our clients/customers. Expected to work cooperatively with all the respective Units/ related companies. Also work closely with Marketing Team and other members of the team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.
Follow up on our clients for orders, Pos’ and introduce new items in stock for supply.
Engage in marketing activities of our products to prospective clients.
Liaising with relevant officers of our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Keep a good database of all company’s clients ensuring clients are retained, paying attention to the management of company’s high net worth clients and attracting new ones.
Liaise with Head Business Development & Marketing in recognizing customer special events and assist in driving organizational participation in them.
Ensuring that all client information is precise and supervising the processing of payment.
Ensure that customer relations are maintained and further enhanced to facilitate growth in the number of customers and reduce complaints.
Determine target market clients, and make frequent customer visits to cement relationships.
Ensure quality service delivery to Corporate Customers to achieve agreed service levels.
Ensure all company protocols, policies and procedures are followed while dealing with customers.
Receive Customers complaints and channel to the appropriate Unit for resolution and ensure agreed resolution is done and ensure customer’s satisfaction.
Sending weekly reports to designated superiors.
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
Following up and reporting payment when made and Filing of payment details.
Receiving and Delivering item of supply to our clients always ensuring prompt response.
Ensuring that delivery document i.e. waybill invoice e.t.c are signed by the right officer.

Key Requirements & Competencies:
B.Sc. or HND
Minimum of 2-3 years post NYSC experience in FMCG Sales particularly beverages.
Logistics and Administration Skills
Verbal and Written Communications Skills
Computer Appreciation and Presentation Skills.
Base Salary: N75,000 plus commission.
