ABOUT COMPANY:  Our client is a renowned Non-profit organization focused on securing educational opportunities and enabling environment for healthy development of underprivileged and disadvantaged children.
The Company is currently sourcing for a Coordinating Officer to oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of its Vocational Academy. He/she will oversees the administration, programs and strategic planning of the academy’s activities. The CO reports directly to the Board of Directors, and will be responsible for the consistent achievement of the organization’s mission and financial objectives in program development and administration.
§  Good first degree in Social Science or any Management Science discipline.
§  3+ years in an administrative role in the social development sector.
§  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
§  Good customer service and relationship management skill.
§  Proven experience as a School or Institution Administrator
§  Experience as an educator is a plus
§  Knowledge of administrative processes of vocational schools
§  Ability to use computers (e.g. MS Office) and education management systems
§  Outstanding organizational ability and attention to detail
§  Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
§  Good judgment and decision-making aptitude.
Compensation: BTW 120k to 150k monthly net.
