A new generation commercial bank is looking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Officer.
The candidate will handle managing: payroll, staff loans, loan takeovers, remittances for PAYE, PFA, NHF, ITF, HMO remittances, and managing staff data and their periodic updates and handling payments for hr vendors. Candidate should have strong numerical and analytical skills, A minimum of 5 years experience in comp & Ben preferably in the financial industry. Remuneration is quiet attractive.
