Employment Opportunities for Office Administrator

A #Montessori Pre-School and Primary School in Lekki, Lagos State NIGERIA urgently needs an “OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR” 

The #Office Administrator is responsible for performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as organizing, maintaining records and providing general information to #student families and visitors.

Requirements for Office Administrator;

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Early #Childhood Education, Child #Development,Child, Family and Community, Preschool Curriculum or another related field.
  • 2-3years experience as an Admin officer/ Office Administrator/School Administrator working in a Montessori #school.
  • #Paediatric CPR and First Aid certification will be an added advantage.
  • Working hours : 40 hours a week + including overtime if needed.

Monthly Salary: NGN50k + Accommodation (Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, Paid Holidays)

Duties;

  • Database management, to include the creation, maintenance and entry of confidential information.
  • Performs #housekeeping of office & work area.
  • Develops and maintains all calendars including staff, monthly calendar, vacation calendar.
  • Ability to administer first aid and/or CPR, etc…

Skills;

  • Ability to care for and lift preschool-aged children.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, excellent administrative skills etc…
