Requirements for the offer of Customer Service Administrator:
- 1- 3 years working experience.
- Experience working in a small to medium organization.
- Customer services, Sales & business analysis experience will be an added advantage

- Documentation of all minutes of all meeting and all correspondences
- Ensure prompt and proper organization of regional meetings
- Responsible for liaising with relevant units for access creation of all new CCRs in the region
- Interface with Service Integration on all administrative jobs for the region
- Compile monthly performance reports to be shared with the Regional Service Manager and the Connect supervisors
- Ensure proper inventory management of items in the regional store.
