Requirements for the offer of Customer Service Administrator:

  • 1- 3 years working experience.
  • Experience working in a small to medium organization.
  • Customer services, Sales & business analysis experience will be an added advantage
  • Cash advance and retirement for regional operations
  • Documentation of all minutes of all meeting and all correspondences
  • Ensure prompt and proper organization of regional meetings
  • Responsible for liaising with relevant units for access creation of all new CCRs in the region
  • Interface with Service Integration on all administrative jobs for the region
  • Compile monthly performance reports to be shared with the Regional Service Manager and the Connect supervisors
  • Ensure proper inventory management of items in the regional store.
