Concise Definition of Building Job Confidence

In a job search, confidence and momentum go hand in hand. It’s not enough to have a strong resume – you need ALL the parts- interview, resume, cover letter, networking, LinkedIn- to have a smart strategy. Too often people come to me and want “just a resume.” Yes, you need a resume. But you need MORE than just that. You need all the parts of the wheel.

Then, your strategy gives you confidence and momentum. Momentum gives you confidence, etc. It becomes a POSITIVE cycle that moves you forward. If you don’t have all the pieces, you will move, but you’ll spin, and won’t make progress.

A new job search can seem scary – it’s the unknown. We have less than two months left in the year, if you’re looking to make a change, now’s the time! I have four coaching spots left in 2020 – message me for details and don’t miss your opportunity to get ahead in the new year.
