The media has been set abuzz over the recent directive by the management of the Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri, AIFCE for final year students in the school to bind their research (project) works only in the school’s library at the cost of N5000 (Five Thousand Naira) has raised concerns among students who described the cost as outrageous and unacceptable.
