A well established Fitness Company is looking to recruit an Admin manager (Male) in Magodo, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Salary: N50,000 — N80,000 Monthly.
Responsibilities of Admin Manager :
- Prepare weekly schedules and work assignments for all Staff.
- Monitor and control expenses within the allotted budget.
- Ensure the gym facility is maintained, safe and in order.
- Resolve Issues and complaints pertaining to personal training from Clients.
- Assist in setting goals both short and long term to help improve the business.
- Work with all staff to achieve the monthly targets and ensure they follow gym procedures and policies.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the gym and personal training sessions.
- Maintain all paperwork regarding personal training schedules and procedures.
- Assists in the planning and implementation of company events.
- Submit reports to the CEO.
Requirements for the Job offer of Admin Manager :
- First-degree holder.
- Minimum of one year experience as an Admin Manager .
- A fitness enthusiast is an added advantage Fitness Enthusiast.
- Preferably a resident of Magodo or environs.
