11-Year-Old Nigerian Girl Who Built ICT Academy To Train Other Kids (Photos)

An 11-year-old Nigerian girl named Emmanuella Mayaki, has built an academy in Abuja Nigeria to train other children on Information and Communications Technology (ICT).

The centre named Emma ICT Academy was commissioned with top-notch dignitaries in attendance, including a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu and his wife, Professor Idia Ize-Iyamu.

Professor Idia made the disclosure on Twitter and praised the little girl, describing her as a guru in ICT who intends to transfer her knowledge to other kids.

Emmanuella Mayaki is the daughter of John Mayaki, the founder of Coalition for Good Governance and Economic Justice in Africa.

Professor Idia tweeted; “My husband, @PastorIzeIyamu & I attended the official opening of Emma ICT Academy-CodeKid, in Abuja. Emma ICT Academy is set up by 11yrs old Emmanuella Mayaki, daughter of prolific writer, @_johnmayaki, who is an ICT guru. She intends to transfer her ICT knowledge to other kids.”
